The secrets to the law of attraction have been changing lives worldwide since 'The Secret', a movie that has an accompanying book, was released by Rhonda Byrne in 2004. Byrne, an Australian woman, made 'The Secret' because she had recently come out of a series of misfortunes both personal and professional and had been inspired to pick up the pieces and change her life by coming across a book published in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles called 'The Science of Getting Rich'.
In his book Wallace states very categorically that one rarely achieves great wealth through luck. He continues on to explain that there is indeed a science behind it, and that providing you know what this science is, you can then apply it. Providing you can follow this law of attraction of wealth, you can accumulate a vast amount of wealth irrespective of whether or not you're talented or gifted in any way. Likewise, if those people who are gifted or talented fail to observe the laws of attraction pertaining to wealth, they will fail to achieve wealth. The laws of attraction do not recognize the difference between a good person and a bad person, but of course a good person will their spend money in a very different way to a bad person.
Wattles makes it clear that in order to become rich, a person doesn't have to "work hard and sacrifice long" in the way typically assumed to lead to great wealth. Instead, a person must do things in what he calls "a Certain Way". This Certain Way is the secret to being in accord with the law of attraction of wealth. Rhonda Byrne was deeply inspired after reading just the first few pages of 'The Science of Getting Rich'.
"Something inside of me had me turn the pages one by one, and I can still remember my tears hitting the pages as I was reading it. It gave me a glimpse of The Secret and it was like a flame inside of my heart," says Rhonda Byrne of the first time she began reading 'The Science of Getting Rich'. She was clearly feeling attracted in a certain direction.
During the first two months that Rhonda spends reading about the secret, she realized that the secret was in fact contained in all great religions, great inventions, great scientific breakthroughs, exceptional businessman, and even philosophers. It was at this point that Rhonda realized without a doubt that she had now discovered the secrets to the law of attraction, and this motivated her into naming her movie "The Secret".
Essentially, the laws of attraction say that if we entrench something firmly in our mind, it will become a reality in time. In other words, it says that experience is preceded by one's imagination which in turn is responsible for all of life's experiences. The laws of attraction have absolutely nothing to do with misconceptions or distorted perceptions. It has nothing to do with magic and it has nothing to do with the illusions, but instead, one needs to realize that the secrets to the laws of attraction should be taken literally.
Basically, if your thoughts revolve primarily around matters such as poverty and lack of money, then you will for the most part live your life in such a way that you will repulse money rather than attract it. On the other hand, if you really and truly believe that you are becoming wealthy and that you are accumulating more money, then the way in which you behave will serve to attract money. As this begins to happen, you will begin to believe in it even more and in so doing, you'll end up attracting even greater wealth. While the law of attraction certainly can and does enable you to become wealthy, it can also be applied for the sake of having good health, or even a relationship of your dreams.
Of course, as is to be expected, there are numerous successful people who serve as living examples as to how the laws of attraction work, in Rhonda's "The Secret". One of these examples is Bob Proctor, an extremely wealthy philosopher. Interestingly enough, Bob is also a life coach with more than 40 years experience in the field of mind potential. Bob became involved in this field when he himself discovered the laws of attraction way back in the 1960's when he was just a young man struggling from one day to the next. Shortly after his appearance in "The Secret", Bob produced his own CD, book and DVD set which he named, "The 11 Forgotten Laws of Attraction", in order to help people learn the secrets of the law of attraction and how to use those secrets to obtain wealth.
Why not see if learning the secrets to the law of attraction can make a world of difference in your life? What have you got to lose...except your old way of life?
