A job interview enables a prospective employee to know more about the company in which he is applying for the job. It gives the candidate to evaluate him or herself. Both mental as well as physical preparation is required to tackle the tough questions of the job employer.

1. Tell me something about yourself? What you need to tell them is the things that you have done to be the best suited candidate for this job. You can even give suitable examples along with your answer.

2. Why should we hire you? Mention that their requirements are a good match up for your qualifications and skills. Never compare yourself with other candidates. Certain comparisons can certainly work in your favor.

3. What is your greatest strength? There can be a huge number of answers for this question. What you need to do is just stay positive and confident. A few excellent examples: your trouble solving skills, management skills or positive attitude towards everything.

4. What do you really look for in a job? I have always looked for a job that meets my qualifications and skills and gives me complete freedom to utilize my skills properly.

5. How long would you stay with us? I would be keen on to working with you as long as we both believe that I am causative, achieving and budding enough.

6. What do you know about our company? Do sufficient research before going for the Interview! Spend some time analyzing or researching for the company. Tell them about the existing condition of the company.

7. What is your greatest weakness? Choose a factual weakness that you have been trying to overcome since long. Also mention in brief what all you have done to overcome it.

8. What qualities you feel an effective manager should have? A few good examples are: leadership quality and vision. Furnish your answer with suitable examples.

9. What is more important to you money or work? Money is always significant, but work is more essential. You cannot give a superior answer than this one.

10. Tell me about your ability to work under pressure? Mention how you are able to work well under pressure. Also mention a few good examples.
