4. Anaerobic Adhesive - This kind of industrial adhesive requires no oxygen or air in order to set and will be used to create seals where no heat, oxygen or light is present. This is also an adhesive which can be used in the bonding of a wide variety of materials with each other including masonry, paper, plastics, wood, fabrics, rubber, ceramic, glass and elastometers.

5. Conductive Industrial Adhesives - Most often used in industries where the need to prevent an electrostatic discharge or electromagnetic or radio frequency interference from happening. Often these types of adhesives will be used to improve the dissipation of heat between two items and form a thermal conductive layer as well.

Content is king. It gets to wear the crown. And sit on the throne. And rule the world. When it comes to establishing credibility, gaining trust and producing sales, content is royalty. While I would never suggest abandoning the concept of delivering high quality content to your subscribers, there is another type of list composed of subscribers who couldn't care less about content.

"What is this type of list?" you ask. - The "announcement list". At an event in 2002, I taught about the announcement list. Even so, it is still a widely unused tactic for email marketing. Mainly because nobody is teaching it. Therefore, no one has any information about it, nor how to effectively create one. Well, we are going to change that.

What Is An "Announcement" List?

DEFINED: An announcement list is a list whose sole purpose is to "announce" (I.E. Inform, notify) when something new is available for review, consumption or purchase. In other words, it unapologetically says, "Hey, I just released XYZ. Come check it out!" Now, at first glance you may be thinking, "Who would join a list that offers no content and only sales pitch?" If you say it that way, it doesn't sound too good to me either! That's why you don't say it that way. Let's take a look at HOW to "say it"...

How About An Example "Announcement" List?

If you go to my site you'll find a textbook example of this concept. PLRSO stands for "Private Label Rights Special Offers" I established this list for the sole purpose of informing people anytime I have a new PLR offer available for them to buy.

That's it. I don't send out ezine articles to them. No newsletters. They don't get blog posts. There aren't any special reports. No content of any kind. What they get, in essence, are sales messages. And there are already 2,822 subscribers, many of which have already purchased some of the PLR special offers that have been "announced" to the list.

And how, does it work! Here are some of the reasons...

1. Using an in-demand product (PLR) and allowing people to get ahead of the competition by learning about these new products FIRST by subscribing to the list

2. It's not billed as an "announcement list", but rather a "Free PLR Club". Big, big difference in perception.

3. I purchase a separate domain name for it, increasing the perceived importance and value to those who subscribe.

4. Joining does not commit one to buying. Purchase what interests you and pass those that don't.

There are a wide variety of "announcement" lists that you can build. Let's briefly look at nine of them...

* PLR List. If you wish, swipe my idea and build your own list of PLR buyers.

* New Offers List. When you have a loyal following there will be people who love what you produce and want to be notified any time you have a new product coming out.

* Pre-Launch List. Create buzz and anticipation for an upcoming new product release by building a pre-launch list several weeks (even months) in advance.

* Ezine Publishers List. Build a list of publishers who want to know any time you have a new ezine article that is available for reprint in their ezines.

* Bloggers List. Another idea is to allow bloggers who are looking for ready-made content to post to their blogs.

* Industry News List. Every industry needs someone who has their finger on the pulse. You could become the "go to" guy or gal for breaking news about your industry.

* Joint Venture List. A willing list of partners and affiliates who are anxious to promote anything you have to offer.

* Incentives List. You need a list of people who you offer "an incentive" to if they purchase an offer by someone else through YOUR affiliate link.

* Freebie List. On a regular basis, give away rebrandable content to these subscribers to earn commissions from their efforts.

As not all nine of these lists will be "buyers" initially, each of them can lead to buyers and income for you should you choose to do them. Content may be king, but there are a lot of other royalty out there too!

I have always been skeptical about the concept of doing and selling pottery at shows and at fairs.

You see, the cons of using pottery to rake in a good base and money outweigh that of the pros of indulging in pottery. I rarely would recommend pottery to an entrepreneur. But of course, one would hear the success stories of pottery entrepreneurs. So here are a few personal experiences that I hope would make it easier for you to decide whether pottery is a good thing for you, or a no-no.

For one thing, pottery skills are needed to bring your talent to levels acceptable for consumers to buy your product. Unless you are a prodigy and have been honing your skills, you would have to invest in buying yourself a good book, paying a tutor, or going to a pottery school to invest in yourself.

Second, pottery materials. You need the equipment, you need the materials, and you certainly need the time and the patience. Pottery requires mixing, molding, tempering and baking. If you cannot routinely follow these, then it is best you drop the idea.

The big difference with pottery at shows is the change of place. There are a lot of things to be done. For one thing, preparation of the prepared pieces of earthenware would require you to transport the heavy stuff from your shop to the booth or the table.

The second one is the inclusion of demos in your booth. This is a very important thing.

Having demos in your booth actually keeps people interested in your work and in your final product. It doesn't have to come out finished like that. You can just leave it in the mold, or dramatically bake it in the kiln. Just let people know how pots are done.

Sell at shows that target the upper crust of society. The common people, with the stories of recession and laying-off at jobs, won't easily buy into your wares. Pots are mainly ornamental, less functional. Unless you're doing something along the lines of tea cups and tea pots that would put most factories to shame, I suggest you start something ornamental, cheap and functional. Like paper weights for example.

They fear for their lives and some have paid the money just to stay alive. The computer is a great communication system for families to stay in touch as well as for business needs. The problem that people like this can spam your email box and get away with it is causes alarm. Even with a spam blocker turned on, these people can fool the spam blockers into accepting the emails as good emails.

Good spam blockers are not able to block the emails and unsuspecting people are falling for frauds such as this particular one. Many people express concern for more effective spam blockers to reduce the number of fraudulent emails. Gmail seems to have a hold on spam as they only allow registered users to invite a guest or you have to have a cell phone to receive an invite from the server. To date, this email account seems to hold out spam emails better than others do such as yahoo and hotmail. Hotmail seems to be the runner up with yahoo coming in third.

Computer hoaxes and fraudulent emails will never stop, people come up with new ways daily if not hourly to hack into email servers and find ways to break the spam blocker code in order to spam your email box. Although government securities try to find the culprits, they cannot keep up with growing alarm of the computing world about such actins. If a hacker or spammer can break through email security, then they can probably break through other security systems that are in place to protect your communication systems. Therefore, one conclusion is formed, security systems and spam blockers need to be revisited daily to protect the public.

If there were a way to track spammers and spam emails, we would then have a innocuous and secure way to conduct individualized and business communications. Most spam emails come through IP addresses that are routed off other servers and cannot be tracked. Many people without technical backgrounds can and do change there IP addresses to make more posts on classified sites and this is another way to spam your email box without being caught. Until someone figures out a way to halt these practices, anyone, anywhere can email you without you knowing where it is coming from.

The important measures that need to be taken against spammers is not as cushy to do as most people think it is because of the ability to change or reroute the IP address. One way to protect yourself and your computer from spam emails is to be very careful about who you give your email address to and do not open emails from someone you do not know. Emails that contain viruses can either infect your computer or scan your address book for all your contact information and spam your friends and associates. If you follow these two important steps, you can help protect yourself and associates from receiving threatening emails such as the one that seems to be plaguing everyone around the world. Another thing to keep in mind is that it is a fraud and not a real email.
